Breakfast Egg Muffins
Refrigerate for up to 3 days and freeze for up to 3 months.
- Hot Sauce
- High protein cottage cheese
- Diced Tomatoes
- Large Eggs
- Red bell Pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°c
Wash and dice the red pepper and tomatoes. Set aside in a mixing bowl.
lightly chop spinach and add it to the bowl as well
Add the eggs seasoning and hot sauce. Mix well
Spray muffin tin And Pour mixture into muffin tin. layer with cheese. Do not over fill.
Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
