Indgredients
- Spinach
- Avocado oil
- Low carb Wraps
- Whole eggs
- light Cheese
Directions

Pour your oil to a non stick pan, after 1 min add your spinach, eggs, cheese and seasoning.

Add your wrap on top the ingredient, after 2-3 minute, flip to the other side for another 1 minute then fold the wrap.
