
Coconut Prawn Pasta
Indgredients
- Peeled Prawns
- Protein/wholemeal spaghetti
- Light coconut cream
- Kale leaf and spinach
- Olive oil
- Onions small
- Tomatoe Paste
Directions

Add the pasta to a pot of boiling water and cook until slightly soft but not well cooked.

To a frying pan over medium heat, lightly fry the prawns until cooked then set aside

Drain the spaghetti reserve about 40mls of pasta water.

Fry chopped onions and add the tomato paste.

Then add the prawns, pasta, coconut oil, pasta water and kale/spinach. Let it simmer for about 3-4minutes the serve and enjoy.
