
Creamy Tuscan Butter Chicken & Rice
Indgredients
- Chicken Breast 600g
- light butter
- Garlic paste
- Tomato Paste
- skimmed Milk
- Low fat Cream cheese
- Spinach
- Rice
Directions

Boil your Rice and add some salt.

Dice Chicken Breast to cubes and season to taste

Cook on the pan on high heat for 10-15 min or Airfryer for 15min at 200C

Next, add in your butter and sauté your chopped onions.

Then add in your Tomato Paste, skimmed Milk, Low fat Cream cheese, Spinach and cooked chicken.

Let it simmer till rich and creamy
