
Honey Garlic Salmon, rice & Brocoli
Indgredients
- Salmon fillets skin off
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Watet
- Low sodium soy sauce
- Honey
- Cornstarch
- Chopped Parsley
- Rice
- Diced Broccoli
Directions

Dice your salmon (optional) and season to taste.

Heat your oil in a large pan over medium high heat and fry your salmon for 4-5 min on each side until cooked through. You can also use an air fryer at 180c for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil your rice in a rice cooker.

Chop and season your with salt and pepper to taste. Steam till you can pierrce with a fork with little resistance.

Remove the salmon from the pan and place on a plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.

Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. then add water, honey and soy sauce to the pan, bring to a simmer.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water.

Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan and whisk to combine. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute or until sauce has just thickened.

Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with 1 cup of cooked white rice and broccoli. sprinkle some sesame seed to garnish..
