  • Basmati Rice50g
  • Cucumber50g
  • Fried Shallots2 tbsp
  • Spicy Hoisin Sauce15g
  • Light Mayo15g
  • Roma tomato (optional)1

Directions

Boil your rice or microwave pre made rice from the supermarket.

Combine all your ingredients in one bowl. Top with light mayo and spicy hoisin sauce. (use greek yoghurt for lower calorie option).
