- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded Chicken
- Basmati Rice
- Cucumber
- Fried Shallots
- Spicy Hoisin Sauce
- Light Mayo
- Roma tomato (optional)

Boil your rice or microwave pre made rice from the supermarket.

Combine all your ingredients in one bowl. Top with light mayo and spicy hoisin sauce. (use greek yoghurt for lower calorie option).

Optional: You can half an avocado and diced Roma tomatoes
