
Lazy Tuna sandwich
Indgredients
- Tuna in oil or water for a lower calorie option
- Sweet and creamy Greek yoghurt/ 0% Greek yoghurt for a lower calorie option.
- Celery
- Wholemeal Bread
- Avocado
- Red grounded chilli
Directions

Drain the tuna and mix together with the Greek yoghurt, celery and Chilli (optional).

Mash the avocado and add it to your bread and top with the tuna mix. Bon appetite
