Protein Overnight Oats


  • Rolled oats½ cup
  • Banana30g
  • Milk½ cup
  • Greek Yoghurt1/3 cups
  • Cinnamon Groundsprinkle
  • Chia seeds1 tsp
  • Protein Powder40g
  • Almond nutsOptional



Simply Put 1/2 cup of oat, 40g of protein Powder, 1tsp of chia seeds, 1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup of milk, sprinkle some cinnamon ground into a breakfast Jar and mix them all together.


Top it with banana or any fruits of your choice. Cover it then put it in the refrigerator overnight.


Serve with fresh fruits or almond nuts and enjoy!
