- Whole eggs
- Greek Yoghurt
- Vanilla Whey protein
- Baking Powder
Blend OAT till powdered consistency
Add all the ingredients together then blend
Oil spray a pan on medium heat. Add some of the pancake mixture into the pan and cook on both sides. Repeat the process until all the pancake mixture have been cooked.
Serve with fruits, honey and or Any light butter of your choice.
Optional: Serve with Greek yoghurt on top.
