Indgredients

  • Vanilla Protein powder 1 Scoop
  • Milk 1 cup1 cup
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Banana medium1/2
  • Frozen Mixed Berries 100g
  • High protein plain yoghurt 50g

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

Optionally add a bit of honey topping.
