Protein Yog Bowl

Indgredients

  • 0% Greek Yogurt150g
  • mixed Berries140g
  • Chia seeds1 tsp
  • Banana30g
  • Protein Powder1 scoop
  • Cinnamon Groundsprinkle

Simply Put 1/2 cup of oat, 1 scoop of protein Powder, 1tsp of chia seeds, 1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup of milk, sprinkle some cinnamon ground into a breakfast Jar and mix them all together.

Top it with banana or any fruits of your choice.

Optionally serve it with nuts for extra crunch
