Indgredients
- 0% Greek Yogurt
- mixed Berries
- Chia seeds
- Banana
- Protein Powder
- Cinnamon Ground

Simply Put 1/2 cup of oat, 1 scoop of protein Powder, 1tsp of chia seeds, 1/3 cup of Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup of milk, sprinkle some cinnamon ground into a breakfast Jar and mix them all together.

Top it with banana or any fruits of your choice.
