
Teriyaki Salmon
Indgredients
- Salmon Fillet
- Teriyaki Sauce
- Mixed veggies
- Jasmine rice 240g
- Curry Powder
- Chicken or beef stock
- Olive oil
- Chicken Broth

Add your chicken Broth (Store bought or home made by using chicken stock) to the rice with a bit of water. Season with 2tbsp of curry, 1tbsp of olive oil, salt, pepper and chicken powder.

Meanwhile season your Salmon to taste and coat with teriyaki sauce.

Put your salmon in the Air fryer or oven at 180c for 10-15minutes.

In a Big pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry your mixed veggies, season with 1tsp of curry powder, salt, pepper and chicken powder.

When your veggies is done, add your Rice to the same pan and mix together. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Serve fried rice with salmon and enjoy!
